Two American pikas (Ochotona princeps) in their boulder field home. Beartooth Mountains, Wyoming/Montana border. Summer. This photo was taken in alpine setting at around 11,000 feet (3350 meters) elevation. I believe the tan one is an adult and the gray one is an adolescence. Note: Not a very sharp image, but only Pika photo we have at this time with two pika.
